Eligibility & Age Requirements

• For accumulator bets combining multiple matches, all selections must be correct for the bet to win.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of all associated bets.
• If a system error occurs during an odds update, the bet will be reviewed and a final decision will be made accordingly.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on okgo gema. Transactions made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited — the name on the payment method must match the name on the account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–30 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on banking hours and the payment gateway.

• To withdraw funds after claiming a deposit bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
